We are not affiliated with any other online breeder who may be displaying our images. Sadly, there are some unsavory characters out there, and so it has become important that we make that distinction.

Besides the fact that we clearly have beautiful havanese, we also have a great deal of respect for our families and love for this remarkable breed. For us, this endeavor is about sharing our joy and improving on a breed that we truly adore.

Cutest Chocolate Havanese Puppy For Sale

The chocolate color in the havanese is rare in that it is a genetically recessive trait. This means that two copies of the recessive bb gene are necessary to result in the birth of a chocolate pup. The chocolate refers to not only the varying shades of coat colors and patterns, but to the the brown/liver colored pigment of the nose, lips and paw pads as well. Of course, being recessive does not make the chocolate havanese 'better' than any of the other beautiful colors out there! It is just an option among the many possibilities and I happen to adore it. That being said, this breed's plentiful color palette is a gift all it's own.

Havanese dogs are family oriented and perfect for both apartment and country living! They are hypo-allergenic, non-shedding, non-yappy and a remarkably sturdy toy breed. Havanese dogs love playing with children and other pets, yet they are also content to spend the day relaxing on the couch or on your lap! Havanese are highly intelligent people pleasers and quick learners. They are excellent watch dogs: barking just enough to let you know someone has arrived, but not more than necessary... I love that about them! Havanese dogs have a uniquely silken, non-shedding coat, there is simply no lapdog softer & more cuddly than a havanese! Their bright eyes, joyful grin, bouncy gait and flowing coat tend to make them stand out in a crowd. Truly, in every way, the Havanese are puppy perfection and an absolute JOY to share your home and your life with!

HavaHug Havanese Playtime: Unlike most toy breeds, you can hear that our havanese are not yappy ... quiet even during play! Don't be mistaken however, they are amazing guard dogs in that they really sound off when someone is at the door! NOBODY sneaks in when havanese are in the house! They excitedly announce all arrivals. As soon as they see that all is well with the newcomer, they're done. -Dog Perfection!
